Favourite thing about running Integro: Working with my team. We ensure to bring on the best people, so our clients get the best service. I enjoy hearing about their likes, dislikes and brainstorming new ideas on how we can improve our service overall.
Fun fact: I once thought I was James Bond and tried to ski off Mont Blanc with a parachute – I think my roar is still echoing off the mountains now.

Favourite thing about being an accountant: Accountancy is a surprisingly accessible profession. No single client is alike but they are all invariably delighted when they find an accountant they can relate to, so don’t let preconceptions put you off making accountancy your career choice.
Fun fact: When I first started school in Scotland at the age of 4 I could only speak Welsh.
Kate Collier
Head of Operations
Qualification: ACCA, AAT
Started in Accounting: 2013
Favourite thing about being an accountant: Working with my clients and getting to know them. Seeing so many set up their own business and being able to see their success when I’ve crunched the numbers is very inspiring.
Fun fact: An avid film and cinema buff, in particular all things Harry Potter with my pride and joy Cocker Spaniel named after a certain Albus Dumbledore.
Ryan Dempsey
Practice Manager London
Qualification: FMAAT

Favourite thing about being an accountant: Helping clients grow their company. I have worked with a particular client who set up with just himself and now has 20+ employees. We reflect on how much has changed and how his company has expanded so much in just a few years.
Fun fact: I have flown over my home, upside down, in a biplane… as a passenger, not actually flying the plane!

Favourite thing about being an accountant: Getting to know my clients and developing a strong working relationship with them, other than just talking through the numbers!
Fun fact: I have been mistaken for Alan Titchmarsh more than once.
