Until recently I have always done my own accounts. Things have become a little more complex and I was feeling overwhelmed. I searched high and low for an accountant I could work with who had my best interests at heart. I did not have a good experience with probably 10-12 firms on this journey! At one firm I had spoken to 6 people (across multiple departments) and I hadn't even started working with them.

At Integro, Alan Kempster has been a real breath of fresh air. Calm, professional, completely reassuring. Integro manage you and your accounts as an individual. Alan is simply tremendous and has allowed me to focus on the business and not the headache of getting the numbers right. I can ask any questions at any time and nothing seems too much trouble. I can highly recommend Integro to anyone wanting an amazing service in a friendly and supportive way. We even manage to have a laugh over some of my bonkers ideas! He does keep me on the straight and narrow.

I came across Integro through an internet search having just set up a new Transport Planning Consultancy. A year on and I am happy to say it has turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made.
